This section is designed to show when we'll be slaughtering our next animal.  While we always try to keep steaks and hamburger in stock there's always a greater choice immediately after we receive the meat from a slaughtered animal.

  • Pickup Cow
    On Monday the April 18th we will pickup our most recently slaughtered animal. We've already sold most of the hamburger, let us know if your interested in purchasing any of it.
